The Inglorious Writer

Ever since I was a little girl, I wanted to be a writer. An author of novels. I wanted to be like the authors I loved and respected - Stephen King, Anne McCaffrey, Isaac Asimov, Frank Herbert, etc. I had many great ideas and I even started several would-be novels, but I could never finish anything. I have a few one page stories I wrote when I was 16 in a world literature class that I dug up while moving into my new house. I'm going to copy them here and I hope it inspires me to continue to write and maybe one day, I'll be able to complete at least one novel. I doubt I'll be published, but if I can at least get one written, I'll see that as a great accomplishment.
